Publisher's Note

The commercial estate firm, Grubb & Ellis, reports that Detroit has the highest office vacancy rate among major U.S. cities, at a staggering 22.6 percent. On the other end of the scale, New York City rings in at a very low 5.6 percent. Has your office moved recently? Considering a move? What is your firm/company seeing in your local commercial real estate market?

Please share your thoughts and experiences with AccountingWEB readers. I'll send you a load of very useful AccountingWEB luggage grips for your office if you do. It's an offer that's too good to refuse! Let us know what you think.
