'Tis the season for competitions and awards, as several
accounting firms and organizations give hard-working accounting
and finance students a chance to win scholarships for themselves
and earn awards and prestige for their schools. For those
students who want to roll up their sleeves and really get a
taste of what the real-life accounting profession can be like,
there is the annual "Project Run With It" competition, where
students work together to solve the real problems of real
not-for-profit organizations.
