Seated hamstring and hip stretch
Today's exercise, courtesy of fitness expert Cindy Whitmarsh, will take about three minutes. This exercise is great for stretching hips and hamstrings and will help relieve sciatic pain from sitting too long!
  1. Sit in chair; cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
  2. Keep a straight back while leaning forward until you feel hamstring and lower back stretch.
  3. Hold stretch for 15-30 seconds.
  4. Sit up straight again.
