We're always interested in learning what our readers do to motivate and energize themselves -- whether it's physical exercise, mental exercise, or nutritious treats. Please share your favorite tips with us, and we'll pass them on to the rest of the accountants out there burning the midnight oil.

Ankle stretches
This exercise brings blood flow to your feet and creates more mobility in the feet and ankles. Taking care of your feet and ankles is important because you depend on them during your daily life.
  1. Sit up straight and stretch out your legs so your feet are off the ground.
  2. Keep your feet and your ankles together and make a complete circle with your ankles.
  3. Repeat for 10 rotations.
  4. Change direction and repeat again for 10 rotations.
