Shoulder & Arm Stretches
Standing up to stretch can improve circulation (especially in your feet and legs) and relieve the neck and back stiffness that comes from prolonged sitting. It's important to get up regularly throughout the day!
  1. Stand up straight with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold your left elbow with your right hand.
  3. Gently pull your elbow behind your head until an easy tension-stretch is felt in your shoulder or back of your upper arm (triceps).
  4. Hold easy stretch 10 seconds.
